For over 35 years, our company has provided personalized leasing and property management solutions to tenants throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth area. In 1997 we acquired our premier properties, The Texas and The River Oaks, and have since continued to provide the care and service our tenants deserve. Our full-time managers and maintenance staff are dedicated to their craft and never too busy to help.
The Texas Apartments is a quaint family-owned and operated two-building, 24-unit community nestled in Downtown Grapevine’s Historic District. Spacious and affordable one bedroom apartments offer comfort, quiet, and convenience. The Texas sits at the corner of Texas Street and Smith Street right across from the First Baptist Church and two blocks east of Main Street.
Tenants enjoy peaceful walks around the suburban neighborhood and easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, churches, and the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The River Oaks Apartments is a family-owned four-building, 36-unit community nestled in beautiful River Oaks, Texas. This peaceful and well-maintained property sits conveniently on Roberts Cut Off Road, flanked by Jacksboro Highway (Hwy 199) and River Oaks Boulevard (Hwy 183). Our all-electric 1-2 bedroom units include individual HVAC, electric, and hot water heaters for your comfort.
Tenants enjoy easy access to the Downtown Fort Worth Business District, Fort Worth Cultural District, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, and the Castleberry School District. Outdoor fun is just a short trip away to Lake Worth and Eagle Mountain Lake.
