Prospective renters can choose between our two peaceful apartment communities: The Texas and The River Oaks, both family-owned and operated.
The Texas is located in Downtown Grapevine’s Historic District, close to Lake Grapevine and the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. These one-bedroom apartments offer peaceful suburban living, convenient access to local attractions, and plenty of natural scenery.
The River Oaks offers all-electric 1-2 bedroom units and quick access to the Fort Worth Business and Cultural Districts, Lake Worth, and Eagle Mountain Lake. Peace, quiet, and convenience come together to create a truly enjoyable living experience.
